Otherwise you have 14 days, starting on the date of delivery, for a refund on unworn, intact, tagged merchandise. Credits will be issued to the original credit card on file. We kindly ask up to ten business days for your return to be processed, especially during peak seasons. Customers also have the option for an even exchange within the same 14 day timeframe. . Return shipping fees are not refundable
