Where can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, our systems will automatically send you your tracking number which you can use on the UPS tracking page.
What are your payment options?
Shop.Cosabella.Com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Are items in stock?
Shop.Cosabella.Com is dynamically integrated into our inventory systems, assuring nearly 100% stock accuracy. The vast majority of orders ship within one business day.
When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped within 12 business hours. Those orders that request Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping are shipped out the same day is placed by 2pm EST.
What about package privacy?
We ship our orders in plain, unmarked boxes, with a "Shop.Cosabella.Com" FROM address.
What about items damaged during delivery?
We take great care in packaging your order with care. You'll never receive your items in one of those "postal bags" which can easily damage your garments. We only ship using strudy, cardboard recycled boxes.
I'm outside of the United States, can I still place an order?
For customers in Europe, we suggest you visit our sister site, EUSHOP.COSABELLA.COM. For customers outside of Europe and outside the United States, you should place your order on this site.
Do you have a catalog?
You will receive a catalog with our latest offerings in your order.
My order is a gift, can you provide gift receipt?
Sure, simply ask for a gift receipt in the comment box at checkout.
Any disclaimers?
We make solid efforts in making sure all information on our site is accurate. However, we are not responsible for any typos. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any orders that we deem suspicious due, but not limited, to inaccurate card information, fraud, orders generated from black listed IP address, etc.
